“My mother is an 18-year survivor of breast cancer. I remember exactly how I felt, where I was, and how I reacted when she called me with the news. The fear of losing her was unlike anything I had ever known. To me, there is no worse enemy to health than cancer. It is a disease that has no boundary or discretion. When a friend asked me to participate in this project, there was no hesitation. How can I not help find a cure??”
Stephen’s Story
Stephen Kohlbeck, president of Tilde Design Studio, specializes in custom residential interior design and manufactures luxury eco-furniture. Civic contributions include the decoration of several fundraising event halls, as well as committee involvement on local urban center improvements. As a member of the United States Green Building Council, he takes 20 years of luxury home design experience and offers his clients an opportunity to design with health and low impact in mind...if, they are so inclined. His priorities lie on creating beauty, balancing time, and appreciating the good life!
