“I couldn’t stop at one. I needed to do another. It was so much fun and the more bras, the more money raised. I wanted this one to be real pretty and a bridal gown came to mind. Cancer shouldn’t stop you from living your dream, even if it is marriage that you want. So go ahead and be a bride or whatever you desire.”

“I decided to participate in this project because I know so many people who have had this disease, fought and survived and others who have lost their fight. Hearts was my theme not only because I like them, but because it takes heart strength and courage to live with this disease, and heart to donate to such a worthy cause.”

“There are so many women that I admire in this world and I think it is important that we support each other when times get tough. It is impossible to remain strong all the time, so having other women to lean on can make all the difference. I talk to my mother and sisters on a daily basis and find strength in these conversations. I could not imagine life without this support network. When I was asked to participate in the Bra Art project, I thought it would be fun to work on and would be a great way to release some creative energy. But the bigger picture is that it is for such a great cause that supports so many amazing women in this world.”

“Women and men alike are being ravaged by this disease. It has taken its toll on too many lives and that needs to stop. I want to do something to defeat and cure breast cancer and all the cancers thereafter. I know that this effort will continue the fight and, hopefully, soon win the war.”
